The main cast is Uryuu Ishida (straight hair, glasses) who’s the last of a race of archers called the Quincy and who hates the shinigami for killing his grandpa, Orihime Inoue (long orange hair) who’s this sweet, bleach anime download Cue first arc, which is basically a monster-of-the-week thing where we’re introduced to characters and a bit of backstory. Next day, Rukia turns up at Ichigo’s school and demands that Ichigo fulfill her shinigami duties, since he took all of her powers. A hollow (corrupted souls with holes in their chests who look like day of the dead masks) attacks them and Rukia is badly injured, so she gives Ichigo her shinigami powers and Ichigo kills the hollow.
Who tells him she is a shinigami (death god, Soul Reaper in dub, they wear black robes and wield katanas) who kills evil spirits and helps souls to the afterlife.
